Geht, geht nicht, geht, geht nicht.

 

Ich hab ein wenig Probleme mit meinen Blinkern. Es ist so, dass wenn ein Blinker zu wenig Strom zieht, die Kontrollleuchte im Kombiinstrument nicht blinkt, quasi als Anzeige dafür dass ein Blinker kaputt ist. Zumindest sagt mir das 2002faq.
Nun ist es aber so, dass die Blinker funktionieren, aber die Leuchte im Kombiinstrument nicht oder nur sporadisch blinkt. Das faq sagt, das liegt an ner beschissenen Masse. Die vorderen Blinker nehmen sich die Masse über die beiden Schrauben, mit denen der Blinker in den Kotflügel geschraubt ist. Nun gut, da hab ich heute einfach zwei wunderschöne Massekabel von der Schraube zum Birnchen gemacht, falls es an der Masse des Gehäuses liegen soll. Das wars aber nicht. Nun werd ich mal die hinteren Massekabel anschaun, wobei die hinteren beiden Blinker auch wunderbar strahlend hell blinken.

I have some issues with my turn signal indication light on the dash. It only flashes once or just sporadic.
When a flasher light doesn't get enough power the indication light on the dash wouldn't work to signal that a bulb has burned out.
But if you have a bad ground, your bulbs don't take enough current to trigger the light, so that this is also a cause for a non-working indication light on the dash.
I cleaned the contacts on the bulb and made a wired connection from the screws that hold the indicators in place to the bulb socket since the indicators are grounded to the body by those screws. But this too didn't work so i guess i'll also have to check the ground of the rear lights...
